I headed up Columbus 2 weeks before to do an olympic tri for training, and was dead last in the tri! I'm a marathon runner, and not in horrible shape, so I'm not a last place gal. Later that day, I was admitted to the hospital for 3 days with double pneumonia! Bye-bye Steelhead. So I feel your pain.
